Las Piasseres is where our traditional mountain farm is situated at between 750 and 1000 m. it lies in a side valley of the Bellongue Valley which runs between Col de Portet d'Aspet and the town of Castillon en Couserans.

With the milk from our herd of ten 'Brunes des Alpes' cows, who graze on the fragrant of grassland of our pastures, we make our delicious cheeses in the dairy. Visitors are invited to taste and enjoy our produce directly at the farm or at our stall in the markets of Castillon or Engomer. You are also welcome to visit the farm at milking time to chat to the farmer, and see his cows at first hand.

The end of summer is of particular interest on the farm when honey is harvested from the jives. The honey is produced naturally and has the delicate flavour of lime, acacia and blackberry flowers which grow in abundance surround us and from where the bees gather their nectar.

On the farm we also raise hen and pigs

In 2006 we began the construction of a new barn
